With gluten-free living on the rise, there’s a definite need for good recipes, meal ideas and information. For some, this isn’t about using the “GF” way of life to lose weight, it’s imperative to their health. Although, I am not celiac, I do have a sensitivity to gluten that cause me several health issues. Whether that will ever progress, I’m not sure but I am sure if I practice gluten-free eating, I will have a better chance to combat the onset of celiac and I just feel better.
Living gluten-free doesn’t have to take a lot of extra time and the food doesn’t have to taste like cardboard. There’s plenty of naturally gluten-free foods out there (or you can opt for the gluten-free version of your favorites).
